SingleFunction.com – Single Function Websites

SingleFunction.comYeats once wrote that there is a fascination in what’s difficult. Others would tell you that there is also a fascination in what’s simple and straightforward, and I am sure the person who devised this website would adhere to the latter viewpoint.

This new online resource plays out the role of showcasing websites that have a single function, exactly like the websites that characterized the dawn of the World Wide Web as those among us that have a seen a few springs can confirm.

In addition to listing the finds of the programmer, the site is completely open to user submissions, so that if you have a site of your own that you feel should be included you might as well let him know and have it featured on the database.

Future site updates will include a flash-based showcase and a step-by-step tutorial on how to come up with a WordPress showcase. These will no doubt be welcome additions to a site that already serves a novel function, and hopefully they will be the first of many more updates to come.

SingleFunction.com In Their Own Words

“SingleFunction is a showcase of one purpose, one function, single serving sites; meaning, websites that have one functionality, no clutter, and require no learning curve. Being a big fan of simplicity, I thought it would be a good idea to share my passion… I decided to list my finds of single function sites, allow other enthusiasts to do so as well, and make it an effortless experience for anyone to find them.”

Why SingleFunction.com It Might Be A Killer

This resource spotlights sites that have no learning curve, and that can be employed with very little expertise. Useful for the less tech-savvy among us.
