YoTwits.com – Automated Feeds For Your Twitter Stream

YoTwits.comBack to the good old debate of whether automating some aspects of Twitter is a good move or stepping way out of line. On the one side, some argue that if we start having content posted in an automatic fashion to Twitter the human aspect will be demeaned, while others see it as a viable way of having a more active account, and entice more followers.

It all seems to boil down to the “ideals versus practicality” issue that has us scratching our heads way too often in real life. If you ask me, I stick closer to the “Ideals” gang, but I am the first to admit that automatic tweeting can be very useful in some specific scenarios such as the sharing of technical information via tutorials and so on. In that event, human input or supervision is not really necessary, and it can be kept to a minimum.

In the case of YoTwits, you can choose different feeds and have the contents tweeted from your account. You can pick the feeds according to you interests, as it is only fit – if you have always tweeted about World Of Warcraft it would be out of place to start tweeting massively about Italian cuisine.

What do you think? How viable is something like this? Rather, how suitable is it? Could it jeopardize the whole tweeting experience or propel it further afield? Leave your comments and let us know you thoughts on the subject.
