How to submit? – Longer Tweets For Everybody

Twittlot.comAlthough making everything fit in 140 characters is the fun of it all, sometimes the space limitation that characterize Twitter can become a true burden. You could always split everything in individual tweets and send them out one after the other, but I think we agree doing that would be incredible tedious.

Sending out an e-mail would be the only way out, then. Well, not any longer. A service like Twittlot makes for sending out tweets that are larger than 140 characters.

All you have to do is sign in as you would when you mean to tweet anything out, and then proceed to write the “expanded” tweet. Once that is done, you simply send it out in the usual fashion.

You can paste URLs, use hashtags and address concrete users. So, to all effects and purposes this site provides you with a charged interface for tweeting out whatever you want. Note that you must be careful where you place the hashtags – the section “some hints” explains that to you – but other than that it will all be entirely intuitive. In Their Own Words

“Send tweets with more than 140 characters through It’s fast, it’s easy, it’s reliable. You don’t need to register, just sign in with Twitter.”
