Datpresenter.com – A New Platform For Presentations

  • March 2, 2010

Datpresenter.comA startup that will take part of this year’s Plugg conference, Datpresenter is a presentation platform that has been devised for the learning and training of professionals.

This platform can be fully integrated with any video encoding and e-learning system that a company might already be using, and it is also completely scalable.

The objective of this platform is clear: to let organizations save costs while training teams and engaging audiences at the same time. These are the two main facets that characterize this startup: the training of workforce and overall education in a cost-effective way. Also, learning can be kept as formal or informal as the organization wants it to be.

Moreover, WebTV presentations can be synchronized directly with social networks including juggernauts like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, as it is only fit for a tool which places so much emphasis on professional uses.

This WebTV and Intranet TV presentation platform is also available as a hosted solution, meaning that you won’t have to worry about setting anything up or looking after any server if you don’t want the hassle.

televee.com – Watch if You Can

  • June 19, 2007

televee.comTelevee is more free TV on the web. Like other sites, Televee doesn’t actually host any videos, they simply provide the links.

The site promises over 14,000 shows and movies with more continuously on the way; however, it’s hard to find anything. The design, a black screen with flashing ads about how comprehensive the site is, obscures the search bar. Once you do manage to find something, a small video player opens up and you’ll have to wait for it to connect. On the side panel you’ll find barely legible titles of episodes in the same series. If you do find something to suit your fancy and you do manage to get it to play, Televee may be worth the trouble. It does guarantee a large collection of videos and it’s free.
