Mumboe.comMumboe is a new document collaboration solution designed to help growing businesses secure, track and manage their contractual agreements. Delivered over the web as a SaaS application, Mumboe is targeted at corporate consumers – including small and growing businesses, as well as enterprise departments and workgroups – who need sophisticated technology that is easy to use and affordably priced (think “Quickbooks for contracts”).

Mumboe features include: Secure, central repository where users can upload, store and access agreements; agreement templates and authoring tools to facilitate the process of creating agreements; permission-based roles and security to give managers control over who can access and edit specific agreements; collaboration and productivity tools that let users set reminders and assign tasks; etc. In coming months, Mumboe plans to roll out additional functionality including the ability to automatically extract common fields such as effective dates, term duration and responsible parties from agreement documents and display them in the system.
