Tango.me – Video Calls With Your Mobile Phone
As inexorably as winter follows autumn, video calling on computers just had to be followed by video calling on mobiles. And apps like Tango had to be created.
Available for those who have either an iPhone or an Android phone, Tango enables users to make mobile video calls over 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi to their friends and loved ones. And it enables them to do that for free.
Using Tango is as easy as getting the respective app (download links are provided on the site) and launching it. You will be able to use your phone contact list in order to choose who you want to call. And you will also be allowed to invite them both via email and by text message.
As far as display options go, when using Tango you can switch cameras and swap screens to show your friends what is around you. And you can also switch from video to audio back and forth, and back and forth.
