While anyone can browse the site, only college students and faculty can add their blog (if they have one), rate blogs, and comment on other blogs. Users are able to find blogs by author type, school, category, and popularity. In next couple of weeks, TCBN will be adding more schools to the network, individual blog post aggregation, and multimedia content sharing.
