More – Learn A Language Through Music

SingAndStudy.comI am a true advocate of learning languages in as much of a relaxed setting as possible. Doing it all under duress won’t pay off – unless you consider succeeding boning up for a fortnight, sitting for an examination, getting a good grade and then promptly forgetting about 80 % of what you had learned within four days.

Only when you pick something up in a setting that is both entertaining and natural to you will you be able to retain it. And that is why I really like sites such as this one.

In general terms, here you will be able to learn a language by taking YouTube music videos as the starting point. That is, on the site you can procure an Adobe Air application for watching music videos and playing word games in which you have to supply the terms that are missing.

It is important to note that the site is not limited to English – you can actually learn any language that you fancy through such a system. And teachers can use it in the classroom, too.

At the end of the day, everybody loves music and everybody is keen on at least one or two foreign languages. A site like this one has a ready market.
