Promise Keepers, is an organization based in Denver, Colorado, devoted to Jesus Christ. Its main mission is to spread Christ message and make as many men as possible passionate followers of Jesus.
The method they propose is the effective communication of seven promises to God, their fellow men, family, church and the world. By this they try to achieve, in their own words: “Men Transformed Worldwide” Since its founding in 1990 this organization has reached more than five and a half million men. They also do books, music CD’s, multimedia resources and satellite and radio broadcast to reach as many men as possible. Probably, Promise Keepers most multitudinous event was in 1997 when they where able to gather an estimate of one million men in the National Mall in Washington, D.C.
