Team leaders will be able to plan things up with as much as four weeks in advance, whereas the actual members of the team will always know exactly what they are meant to be working on, and how that relates to the overall scheme of things.
Tasks are created and monitored by way of an easy-to-use online calendar, and once anything has been created its level of priority can be set down by coloring it. And adding new clients (and managing them) is also done in a very intuitive way.
Planner is a paid application, but a free trial can be initiated just anytime. Trials can last as long as 30 days. When that period ends, you will be given the option to upgrade to a paid account, retaining all your data, clients and projects.
And Planner is a web-based tool – if you decide to give it a try, you are not going to need to download or install anything on your computer.
