Miius.com – Share What You Are Doing
Miius is a new social service that lets people share the way they feel with the whole wide world, much like Twitter enables everybody to sound off when he has had a bad day, or be thankful for how wonderful life is when things have turned his way. On Miiur, people can share micro-messages (blurbs) that can include both videos and photos, and that can actually be color-coded. So far, four colors are available and can be employed as the user see fits. These are green for normal, yellow for happy, red for angry and blue for sad. In this way, those who hate reading depressing updates will be saved from having to endure them. Just think about it – merely looking at the color used by the person that has posted anything will let everybody realize how uplifting/disheartening his updates are.
That might seem like a small thing, but it is actually quite an interesting development. I would be surprised if such a concept is not replicated on some longer-running social services. It makes everything far more relatable, after all.
