The band is also interested in charity issues and so they created The Bama Works Fund of Dave Matthews Band which is administered by the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation. The Bama Works Fund supports charitable programs in the Charlottesville area. Grants are limited to the City of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Nelson and Orange. The program interests include: disadvantaged youth, needs of the disabled, protection of the environment, and also the arts and humanities. The warehouse section contains opportunities to buy thickets in advanced, contests, membership packages, gallery and many more.
