Information is extensive, and includes pictures, amenities and floorplans, plus pricing data, a feature I especially like and is sometimes hard to come across. TheBaldwinBrothers.com is very nicely designed and carries lots of useful articles for buyers and sellers, designed to help them better understand their possibilities and the market jargon; lots of calculators, tips, a glossary and how-to’s are also featured, so it’s definitely a very user-friendly site, and one that will hopefully become a standard for other business in the segment. Still, other sites allow users to create an account and bookmark favorite properties to share with other people, a feature which seems particularly interesting for the commercial property area, as it would make it easier for multi-location teams to discuss real estate plans. I wonder if they can think of it…
