Figuring Out is a site that is dedicated to helping individuals find the right career path for them. Figuring Out is a sister site to Striding Out which focuses on helping entrepreneurs.
In fact Figuring Out is helping find employees for the businesses created from Striding out. Figuring Out has three main features that help its users in their career: career coaching, work experience, and resources. The career coaching feature contacts users with professional career coaches that guide them in the job hunt process. You contact one of the career coaches and have an introductory 30 minute consultation. If you are happy with the consultation you can continue with the coach if you are unhappy you can be connected to a different coach. Once you have found a helpful coach they will continue to guide you on your career path. There is a fee for the career coach feature which you discuss when you contact the coaches. The work experience section helps pair users with jobs. Figuring Out does its best at pairing users with jobs that fit what they are looking for whether it is part time work a dream position. In some cases Figuring Out is connecting employees with the businesses created at Striding Out. The recourses section provides career information for users that can help them figure out what they want from a career.
