PickupPal is global, it works anywhere in the world. They rank them according to how much reading you have to do.

PickupPal is like eBay for transportation – you say where you want to go and people bid on taking you there. They use Google maps for geo-location and they have an associated Facebook App. Their revenue model is based on 7% commission if they hook you up with someone who is going your way. So basically if you want to travel, you tell them where you want to go, and at the same time all the drivers tell them where they are going. PickupPal matches up passengers with drivers who are going the same way.
