I am sure that to some it might border on the ludicrous, but all really novel ideas run that risk.
Essentially, the site will let you find people that you crossed paths with while driving, and whose cars captivated you. Using the site involves creating an account and then writing a small post describing where did you see the person who set your head reeling, and which vehicle he was driving at that time.
On the other hand, you can browse through the posts that are already featured and see if that other significant one has already written a note where he says he wants to see you again.
