Who wants to move to France With Me?!
auSud.com is the premier property site to explore the gorgeous houses and apartments for sale across France. The site features over 25,000 properties listed from local real estate agents and updated every night. So you get a first look at the latest and greatest properties popping up in all regions of France.
The French Inspiration
The site was built to cater to non-French property hunters; an area in the French real estate market that was seriously lacking. The team over at auSud act as a liaison between buyer and seller, making sure communication and contact is smooth (offering translation services when needed) and helping future foreigners buyers find their way around in France.
How it Works
The site lets you search properties by city or region in France (and neighboring properties within a certain distance), or search by range in price. Don’t know France very well? You can also search using a map with multiple search preferences (type of property, year built, bedrooms, sea view, etc). Once you’ve modified your search, auSud will display all the properties that match your preferences.
The site even has a practical info tab where you can learn about the country, buying property, etc., so you don’t feel intimidated by… well… the French.
Target Buyer Market
So far, auSud is taking care of all the marketing for their target countries, which includes: Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, UK, Norway, Russia and Germany. The site is hoping to extend to Switzerland, Czech Republic, Finland and Italy in the next few months. For all you real estate agents in France, auSud is an excellent tool to target potential buyers across the borders of France.
The auSud Team
auSud was launched by Sylvia Tóth and Joost Kooman in June 2012. Their third partner, Robert Wagenaar, joined 3 months later. The company is based in Nice, in the South of France.
