Waxmail.biz – Record Messages in Outlook

Waxmail.bizTalk enstead of typing, talk with Waxmail, a new plug-in for your Microsoft Outlook that allows you to record voice messages and embed them in the body of an email. All you need is Outlook or Outlook Express 5.

5 or 6.0, a sound card and a microphone, and you’re all set to start recording. While you record, the only finger work you’ll need to do is type in the emails of the recipients. After that, your contact will receive your message regardless of whether or not he or she has Waxmail. As you are recording you messages, updates for these messages will be automatically put in the body of the email so that the recipient is aware that there is a sound file attached.

Waxmail.biz In Their Own Words

Most systems should function OK without special configuration – just plug in your microphone or headset (laptop users can use their built-in microphone) and start using WaxMail. WaxMail saves the recording to disk as an MP3 file. WaxMail also updates the text in the email to let your recipient(s) know that there is a recording for them to listen to.

Why Waxmail.biz It Might Be A Killer

Waxmail sounds like a good idea, though I am not sure the execution of the startup is quite as promising. Only those using Outlook can use it, and with so many of us already having had switched over to more popular providers like gmail, Waxmail might have a limited amount of consumers to reach out to. Also, when I tried to download and install Waxmail it not only took a long time, but I had to download it twice due to a installation error.
