Vacation Centric is a vacation rentals portal site. They have a worldwide database of vacation rentals.
In addition, they have a forum where renters and owners can exchange thoughts and opinions. Their main goal is to unite renters and owners. Listings are offered free to the vacation rental owners unlike competitors who charge $100+ a year. In their first month (November 2007) they have compiled a total of 52 properties and counting. Also, their forum is on the move with only a month in action.
