The way Totango works, sales teams are enabled to analyze the engagement of customers at all points. They can get the status of customers at a glance, and then segment these customers in the pipeline based on their actual behaviour.

The objective of a platform like Totango is to let users forecast the outcome of sales based on what their customers are doing, and begin implementing more effective marketing campaigns.
