As part of the abc network, The Kansas City Channel is one of Kansas City most important local TV stations, and is a sampler of local and national news (not much international stuff, really), with a stress on locally-relevant stuff: weather, community, neighbor opinion and so on. Strikingly enough, there is no livestream video to watch, and you can only take a peek at individual videos of the weather forecast, a couple of in-depth reports and loads of homemade videos submitted by users on basically seasonal stuff: winter animals, holiday lights, cute children, etc.
The site also displays its schedule of shows and series, plus offers community services like yellow pages and traffic updates and directions.
