TagsTo is a social bookmarking site. Bookmarks are organized into a tag cloud, hence the name.
Tabs separate topics, among which are arts, health, science, sports and shopping. In each of these sections you’ll find newly submitted links and stories in Pligg setup. Each story can be voted up or buried. Besides each link you’ll find a screen shot along with a short description. Stories are displayed in two columns and can be sorted by date and popularity. You’ll have to register to submit stories. Other features include RSS feeds, a search bar, and a commenting system.

Why TagsTo.com It Might Be A Killer
TagsTo is a no nonsense social news site. The setup is familiar and easy enough to use. Navigation is fairly simple and there are a fair amount of links submitted. It’s a fine effort.
Some Questions About TagsTo.com
There are already hundreds of similar sites, why would users be attracted to this one? There are two many links on each page and the columns are uneven making it difficult to view submissions. This is hardly original; it needs work.
