Soundboard.com – Listen, Build, Share

Soundboard.comSoundboard.com allows members to build, customize, manage and share their own Flash mp3 soundboard.

They can edit and manage their board from a simple interface that lets you customize your board by choosing colors and adding descriptions, tags, image, etc. You can also share and promote your board through Board Share. By enabling Board Share, any of your board visitors can embed, download tracks or add your tracks to their own board. Alternately, Soundboard.com, while still in Beta, is already the largest soundbyte and soundboard site on the net. And it fits, as it was born out of my own frustration with audio on the internet – it is scattered, multi-formatted and decentralized. Much like video before You Tube. The goal is to standardize, categorize and centralize audio soundbytes. They give you all the tools you need to make your own.

Soundboard.com In Their Own Words

“Soundboard.com is the Internet’s largest collection of audio soundbytes and soundboards. You can listen, download tracks (on enabled boards) or embed a board on your site, blog or profile. But Soundboard.com is also an innovative Web 2.0 community that gives you all the tools you need to quickly and eaily create, customize, manage and share your very own soundboard. It’s fast, easy and free!”

Why Soundboard.com It Might Be A Killer

It is the largest site of its kind and one of my true favorites – the wealth of audio already available is tremendous. Companies, such as TV and Movies, have been using soundboards and audio for years. Why? A great soundboard is incredibly viral and sticky. That is why our growth has come from the blogoshpere and social networks. This site offers companies and individuals an easy way to build an audio soundboard – as a promotional TOOL. Soon, more will realize that audio can be just as effective as video in promoting anything and everything from cars to travel and toys.
