Nationally acclaimed monument artist, Roy Dixon, creates headstones that are works of art. Each piece is one of a kind and reflects the sentiments for the person that has passed away as well as who they were when they lived.
The site includes photo galleries displaying examples of his work. One section shows hand etched portraits in stone along with the actual photograph used as reference. This gives you the opportunity to compare the portrait to the photo and allows you to judge the quality of the likeness. The site not only shows the quality of Roy Dixon’s work, but also goes through many of the problems associated with modern monument production methods and shows how to avoid them.
