Stamps.com – Print Postage From Your PC

Stamps.comStamps.com is a software-based service which enables the user to effectively take the role of the US Post Office, and calculate and print USPS postage, using just its personal computer.

This innovative system (which has been developed in conjunction with the Postal Service of the United States) even allows the user to keep track of every client’s code. What’s more, the program is also capable of recommending the best delivery method according to the circumstances of each case. All you need in order to benefit from this system is to create an account with Stamps.com. Whenever you print postage, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your account. You also have to pay a monthly fee for the service, but that’s it. The software itself is free, and very flexible, as you can import addresses from your favorite address book and contact management software. It is even possible to print postage directly from programs such as MS Word, Outlook or Corel WordPerfect. Once you have printed the package, you simply hand it to your Postal Carrier, or drop it in a Post Office mailbox. Stamps.com
