search cancel – Know Before

ForeclosureListingsNationwide.comJoining the myriad of Real Estate services to be found on the web, is a paid service targeted at individuals and Real Estate agents which lists foreclosure properties around the US.

Though very similar in pricing to competitor services, this site provides a full list of homes and commercial properties on sale, including assets which have been repossessed by public and private lenders, homes for auction, government foreclosures, plus other non judicial investment or housing opportunities, like Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) homes, and real estate listings. This site hosts a variety of informative articles and glossaries, which will definitely come in handy for new Real Estate investors or for private buyers who are doing this for the first time. As I said before, in order to start taking benefit of this database, you’ll need to pay a monthly fee, though you can check out if this directory is what you are really looking for with the paid 7-day trial at a reduced price. Since this product is being marketed not only for professionals, but for beginners and one-time-only users as well, I was quite happy to see that you can conduct a mock search to see approximately what kind of results you’d get, and when you try to see the full details of the property of your interest you get redirected to the log in site. I do think that, however, a tour of what’s inside should be offered as well, as many is the case of people who will shy out of buying access to a complex database thinking that it will be too hard to manage. Can they think this issue out?
