BoatUS.org presents the BoatUS Foundation’s free online boating safety course, which is approved to meet the basic boater education requirements for most operators from the majority of the US states including: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Washington DC, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Virginia, and many more.
Through this course you can test your nautical knowledge with their 75 questions. The test covers a broad range of topics that are appropriate for all boaters. Once you have finished and approved the course, you will be able to print your BoatUS Foundation certificate. This website provides information about its instructions and features, the state educational requirements, the state boating regulations, and more. You can use the links available at the homepage to go to the course study topics, to take the exam, to leave your comments or feedbacks, and to find a classroom course. As the course is not available in all states, you may want to check the drop down list on the registration page for availability.
