Today’s Killer Startup: RemindMeAt
Elevator Pitch:
RemindMeAt is a location-based reminder app.
Why It’s A Killer Startup:
I have a terrible memory. It wasn’t always this way, but sometime the past decade I think my brain just filled up with too much information and it can’t store any more. However, even when I was a kid and my memory was still young and fresh, I’d write stuff down on my hand that I needed to remember later. Actually, let’s be real: that habit lasted well into my early twenties.
These days, I have the magic of modern technology to help me out. My hand is spared the ink-smudged indignity that it used to suffer through every day. Luckily for me — and for you too, memory-challenged reader — there are apps like RemindMeAt.
RemindMeAt takes the reminder game to the next level. Perfect for the busy professional or parent in 2015, RemindMeAt lets you create reminders pegged to times and locations. So, for example, you can make a grocery list and when you get to the grocery store, the list will pop right up. You can also save stuff like pass codes to doors and to-do lists for later that will show up just when you need them. You can even set it so that your to-do list pops up on your way to work!
We all have a million things on our plates ,and we all know the stress of even one of those things slipping through the cracks. RemindMeAt will make sure that you never have to feel that feeling again, as long as you’re rocking on iPhone, ‘cause it’s an iOS app.
Oh, and they’re also available for Apple Watch! RemindMeAt really is the 2015 equivalent of my inked up hand.
