Hurli.com – Having Centralized Online Conversations

Hurli.comA site that has just surfaced, Hurli lets you have conversations with all your friends in a centralized way. Instead of communicating over different social channels like Facebook and Twitter, here everybody is on the same page – a page that has been created specifically for these purposes.

Each of these pages is named a “hurl”, and they are created by submitting the URL where the content that you want to discuss is found and pressing the “Hurl It” button. When you do that, the page will be automatically created, and you will be able to invite your friends over by sending the resulting link to them.

“Hurls” can be as public or private as you want. If you feel like restricting the access to the page you are creating, you will be able to do it and keep it safe from prying eyes.

A future update will give you the chance to personalize the domains of these “hurls” as you see fit, so that if you are going to discuss Chris Rea’s guitar playing style the link you share can say as much already.

Hurli.com In Their Own Words

“Hurli is about sharing the web and bringing the conversation to one location. Forget messy email trails and having to log in to multiple social networks to see what people are talking about. Hurli lets you share and discuss content on your own page; no logins, no friend requests. With hurli, you can create your own page and invite your friends in seconds.”

Why Hurli.com It Might Be A Killer

It centralizes everything – nobody will ever feel like he is left out of the conversation because he couldn’t see what was posted on Facebook, or anything like that.
