Hitotoki.org – Life In Different Cities Chronicled

Hitotoki.orgThere is not such a thing as an uninteresting place to live in. Life anywhere is full of twists and turns for the very simple reason that life is characterized by unexpected situations that render all that surrounds us into anything but mundane.

And if you doubt it, simply consider paying this website a visit and see what life is like in cities like New York, Paris and Tokyo.

On the website, you can read short snippets that people have put forwards about the city they reside in, accompanied by pictures. The site employs Google Maps in order to showcase the different spots that people have written about, and also for jumping from one part of the city to another.

I must tell you that presentation-wise this is one of the most professional sites I have seen in a long time, and the design has been taken care of minutely. From the logo to the general disposition of elements, everything has an aura that I have seldom seen.

This startup, incidentally, is a Japanese/North American joint project. Roughly translated into English, its name means “moment”.
