CrowdStatus.com – So You Can See Group Twitter Updates

CrowdStatus.comCrowdStatus is, at most, an app which lets you check in on a group of people’s statuses via Twitter, of course. Essentially, it gives you a plurality to see; instead of being limited to seeing each of your Twitter friends’ updates on an individual basis, CrowdStatus lets you see them altogether as a crowd.

So you can compare statuses, stand them back to back and give them a good perusing. Users can only add public Twitter accounts to a crowd. To see how it works, just check out the first example crowd, which consists of the tech industry’s most illustrious writers, including Arrington, Kawasaki and the Center Network crew. CrowdStatus is in alpha.

CrowdStatus.com In Their Own Words

“Crowdstatus is made up of crowds, each crowd contains people and each person in the crowd has a status. This means that you can see what everyones current status is in a crowd.
Crowdstatus only works with twitter at the moment and you can only add people to a crowd that have twitter account and have public tweats on.”

Why CrowdStatus.com It Might Be A Killer

This does solve the problem of not being able to see Twitter status updates for a group of people. It’s actually interesting to form a crowd and compare Tweets. It could be handy for those who use Twitter to get info, news stories, etc.
