Bring More On Your Travels With Aroo Mini Bar Vacuum Compressor

Like many freelancers, I have a touch of the wanderlust; a particular preference for living out of a suitcase. But as any avid traveler can tell you, packing is tough, especially on a budget. Over the years, a number of different vacuum compressors have been introduced, but the latest in that line of problem-solving tech – the Aroo Mini Bar – is smaller and more powerful than anything that’s come before, making it perfect for backpackers, hostel-goers, and other wanders hoping to travel light and cheap.

Equipped for a micro USB cable, this sleek and universal tool is compatible with all popular brand vacuum storage bags. The Aroo Mini Bar lasts a minimum of 4 hours on a full charge, requires no special vacuum bag, and utilizes an upgraded active seal to virtually eliminate the failures observed with the passive vacuum bag seal.

This small, lightweight yet strong, and rechargeable vacuum compressor allows you to pack more. The system includes adapters for any retail vacuum storage bag, and the second generation adapter replaces the bag’s cap (if you choose) and has it’s own leak proof seal.

The project will definitely be funded at this point, with 379 backers and$29,496 pledged of $8,500 goal currently.

Features

Size: The Aroo Mini Bar was designed with travel in mind, so it’s shape fits conveniently and easily into any suitcase, bag, backpack or purse, and it’s contours tucks perfectly along the inside edge of any suitcase – into space that typically goes unused. The tool is about the length of the average hand, 16cm, and fits comfortably in the palm.

Weight: The light weight was a top priority n the Aroo’s design, coming in at 116g or 4 oz.

Strength: The company worked with a mechanical engineer from a Fortune 500 electrical supply company to obtain the perfect performance motor. The best way to describe the strength of the Aroo is to state the facts: it can crush a metal paint can.
