The AffinityHealth.org website is a fully integrated, regional health care resource center. AffinityHealth focuses on making care accessible in a community-based way. They currently have over 250 physicians, three hospitals, 26 clinics, specialty health care centers, and an insurance plan in Northeastern Wisconsin. AffinityHealth has locations in Appleton, Ripon, Kaukauna, Winneconne, Chilton, Clintonville, and Fox Cities. Other locations include Berlin, Brillion, Greenville, Kiel, Little Chute, Menasha, Neenah, New London, and Oshkosh. Visitors to AffinityHealth.org may use their “Find a Location” tool in order to locate a specific location, including street address, phone numbers and available services at each location. Facility hours and parking information are also provided when available.
The AffinityHealth.org website offers dedicated pages for employers, health care professionals, patients, visitors, and volunteers. Volunteers with AffinityHealth help ensure that patients in the Affinity Health system receive better care. Last year alone, volunteers offered more than 100,000 hours of their time at the Calumet Medical Center, St. Elizabeth Hospital, and Mercy Medical Center. The AffinityHealth.org website offers information on the “Steps to Volunteer” as well as an online volunteer application form. Once folks submit their application, Affinity Health will review the form and check the applicant’s references before contacting the applicant. Folks may choose which AffinityHealth location they would like to volunteer at by checking the box for one or more locations on their application form.
