The Academy of Achievement additionally helps students find other achievers who are like them by allowing students to search by personality type, specific challenges the achiever faced, and even what the achieve wanted to do. The Achievement organization believes that finding mentors and role models who closely match the student’s own circumstances, talents, and vision is the most effective and inspirational way to push the students themselves to achieve their goals.
