Rush sender is a cloud customer support solution helping e-commerce retailers and other businesses to communicate with customers faster. How? By creating a single inbox for all client chats, comments, social media posts, and e-mails. This, in turn, speeds up time needed to respond to requests, especially when support agents are rushing trying to deal with the same enquiry coming via several channels like social media or e-mail.
What is a crazy story about the startup?:
We are three Ukrainians having worked for 10-12 years in the international IT industry and developing projects for large corporations, one day we decided that it would be a great idea to create our own start-up and soft of which we will be proud.
This way to show the world that Ukrainians are very good at IT and international marketing.
The idea of the RUSH Sender came up to Kseniia, one of the co-founders, who was looking for a solution for her customer support team in the USA market. Unfortunately, she could not find the good one with all the necessary functionality, user-friendly UX, and ease of implementation. That is why we came to the conclusion to develop our own solution for small and medium businesses to help them with customer support, sales, and marketing.
What is a company the startup looks up to, and why?:
The closest example to follow for us is Booking.com, which is perceived as “everything about hotels and tickets”. Indeed we would like Rush Sender to be “everything for communications and customer support”. We have in mind to create a startup at the level of well-known Dutch companies, which have stable growth, excellent conditions for employees: higher wages than the market ones, and progressive work/life balance.
The company in four years will be…
We want to be a start-up that has changed customer support in small and medium-sized businesses in the USA, the UK, Australia, and Africa.
– Rush Sender will be a trendsetter in the digitalization of customer support
– We are going to have an international team of about 50-80 people who are passionate about customer support like founders. The main Rush Sender office is located in Ukraine and we have support and sales teams in our key markets.
– We expected the company’s valuation to be around $10 mln.
