NFLplayers.com is a site developed and kept by professional NFL Players which includes updated and exclusive news and profiles on individual players, and also regular journals by some players.
Interestingly, the site can be searched by several criteria, like field position, team, university and hometown. The idea behind NFLplayers.com is that the players’ association promotes its brand and line of merchandise, which can be bought from the site’s store. The site features some multimedia content, like videos from top NFL players meeting to create a fantasy football draft, or audio interviews; this section has limited materials for the time being, though it is expected to add new stuff. On the ‘Retired’ tab, site visitors can learn about players that retired from professional sportsplaying since 2003, and read exclusive interviews to check out how they’re doing off the field.
