The Motorcycle Safety Foundation is the developer of the Rider Education and Training System (MSF RETS). This system is favored by individuals and government bodies alike.
The Foundation aims to further and advance motorcycle awareness by virtue of programs and campaigns. The site features an online library, and safety tips that are worth a look.
