This program uses the skills and experiences of the America’s transportation workers in order to help protect this infrastructure, industry, and people. It is administrated by the American Trucking Association (ATTA) under a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Thousands of surface transportation workers are constantly being trained by this program all across the United States. In fact, up to now there have been more than 790.000 members trained.
