BrusselsJournal.com – European And Belgian Affairs

BrusselsJournal.comI just love it when political blogs are outspoken and clear about their political views: I think it’s honest and a great time-saver for readers, who are allowed to choose freely. BrusselsJournal.

com is the self-appointed ‘Voice of Conservatism in Europe’, and lives up to those expectations: visit this blog to hear what’s going on in the Belgian scene in particular and the European in general. A large team of contributors of European origin and diverse residence write for this blog, so a big part of it is made of opinion articles, but a mashup of news and media from print and online sources can also be read in BrusselsJournal.com, but don’t get your hopes up: the ‘Radio Free Brussels’ only has an old podcast. All the contents in site are in English, but a Dutch version is also available, as are RSS feeds in one or the other language. I would have liked the site to present some list of its most read or commented on articles, so that new readers can quickly understand what the best of the blog is, and decide whether they want to read it on a regular basis not only for their political viewpoints, but also for the topics they discuss and the polemics they generate.
