An app that is available for iPhone/iPod Touch users, iGarageSale shows the location of garage sales in anybody’s close vicinity. These are culled from Craiglist, and in each and every case directions are provided for the user to be able to get there without wasting a single second.
In actuality, the app makes for finding not only garage sales but sales of every kind such as rummage sales, attic sales, yard sales, tag sales… although there is always a common denominator there, these are not garage sales in the strict sense of the word, and they are all easily findable using the iGarageSales app.
There are actually two different versions of this application, and they go by the names of “Lite” and “Pro”. Both do the job at hand more than satisfactorily, but only the Pro version lets you mark down favorites and locate them later on, and share a map with them through Twitter or Facebook. Also, note that right now the “Lite” version can be tried at no cost, and that the “Pro” version is available at a discounted price.
