Launched in 2022 and are currently scaling up with customers across the world.
What is an Inspiring Story about the Startup?:
Back in 2020 we were evaluating why people in our Slack workspace were jumping back n forth to answer tickets. The support team had a fancy ticket system but it did not allow us to use the our conversations that we had on Slack to enable discussing and helping each others on the tickets that were received from customers.
Co-operations between teams were low, but we saw the power it could give us when more of our teams came together on Slack, in shared channels.
We decided to kick off our new project, to build a ticket system directly on Slack which no one had done by that time. This later became what is now Suptask!
What is a Company the Startup Looks Up to, and Why?:
Gitlab is a tremendous company in many ways. It is fully remote, shares a lot of their internal practices with an awesome transparency and has a great product vision and strategy, which they focus on 110%.
Another one is Aha labs, which is a great inspiration with a solid product that has expanded naturally throughout the years.
