Problem the startup solves:
We help people get convenient and affordable access to the legal system and access to uncommon legal services in a timely manner. For example, we offer mobile notary services throughout Central Florida to though who are unable to travel. We also offer services like apostilles which are hard to find and notoriously overpriced. Many Floridians can’t afford attorneys fees, those people we assist with Pro Se legal document preparation.
Progress and current status:
We started out in 2019 as a simple mobile notary service called “Noble Mobile Notary” on a shoestring budget. In less than 3 months we were generating 6-figure revenue with only part-time efforts. In 2021 we officially incorporated G & M Sias Companies dba Noble Notary & Legal Document Preparers.
We added additional services that are easy to perform, in demand, and have a decent markup. With this expansion and increase in exposure and subsequent revenue, many people took notice. Other aspiring entrepreneurs were eager to learn our methods to augment their existing notary businesses or start a new one altogether.
What is a crazy story about the startup?:
With the increasing interest in our business model, we started coaching others. We had written a book about our methods called “A Golden Pen”. Coaching was/is expensive for our clientele and time-consuming for us.
When an attorney on the other side of the state called and asked what some of our marketing strategies are, as he and others were taking notice, we realized we set our sites too low initially.
We shifted gears again and in August of 2022 we launched a course called “Notary Prosperity Academy”. While there are many “notary courses” on the market they all seem to be fixated on loan signings, which we have warned is shaky ground with the potential for rising interest rates and unstable real estate markets.
We teach something different that is rather sustainable in any economy. We also place a special emphasis on low-cost, but highly effective marketing methods.

As I read Alex’s book I saw many similarities. He did with gym and health clubs what we are aspiring to do with small notary businesses and legal services. Alex had discovered winning methods that could have a positive impact on other gyms around the country as he was doing things completely differently. He disrupted the industry.

We will disrupt the notary services industry. We will show all the notaries across the USA how to upgrade their business and expand from merely conducting mobile notarizations and real estate closings to offering a whole array of in-demand legal services. We will show them how to stand out, with minimal out-of-pocket expenses. Our training will surpass the conventional “loan signing agent” courses as the #1 training in the industry.
