Startup one-liner:

Cannabis Social Network, Bringing Together Brands, Dispensaries, MMJ Doctors, Influencers, and Enthusiasts in a Safe and Engaging Environment

Problem the startup solves:

The big social media giants have restrictive platform policies limiting cannabis content and advertising. They also shadow ban cannabis content and at times target and outright terminate high profile cannabis influencers, brands, businesses and enthusiasts.

Progress and Current Status:

Just launched our Beta (MVP) Apps on both the App Store and Play Store a couple of weeks ago.
Inviting people to beta test its features and find bugs before we go public.

What is an Inspiring Story about the Startup?:

One of our founder’s mother is an ER nurse and was severely injured. She started using CBD to ease her chronic pain and was able to return to work. The transformation in her atititude and spirit was wonderful to see.
She became a strong believer and advocate for cannabis and said that medical marijuana experts should be on social media so they can give a more realistic picture of medical marijuana, a picture that is not tainted by the pharmaceutical companies or Hollywood. They need a safe place to share health tips, introduce controversial topics, and develop trust with the cannabis community and where they can hear many patients’ perspectives and do their part in reducing the stigma surrounding this miraculous plant.
Unfortunately the big social media giants don’t allow that and we were inspired by her to start this venture where we could provide a non judgemental platform for the community to come together to connect, share experiences and engage with each other without the fear of getting banned.

What is a Company the Startup Looks Up to, and Why?:

Not just me but I think a lot of folks look up to Apple because I think one of the reasons we love Apple is because their products make us feel excited and intrigued. When we hear about a new iPhone or iPad coming out, we can’t help but get excited about all the cool features and updates they’re going to have. It’s like we’re waiting for a new toy to play with! But it’s not just about the excitement factor. Apple has actually changed the way we communicate, work, and entertain ourselves. Think about it – we can now access information, communicate with people around the world, and work remotely, all thanks to the first smart phone that Apple brought to the table. It’s made our lives easier and more connected in ways that we never thought were possible.
And of course, there’s the aesthetic factor. Let’s be real, Apple products just look cool. They have a sleek and modern design that is aesthetically pleasing and satisfying to use. Plus, owning an Apple product feels like owning a piece of art – it’s something you’re proud to show off and use every day. So, I guess what I’m trying to say is that there are emotional reasons why we love Apple. It’s not just about the technology, it’s about how it makes us feel – excited, empowered, and connected.

The Company in Four Years Will Be…

In four years, we envision our startup as the hub for everything cannabis and not just social. We plan to introduce several features that are focused on the cannabis industry, from supply chain to a marketplace and more. We will be a leader in our market, with a significant and growing customer base, and a strong brand reputation that will attract brands, dispensaries, MMJ experts, influencers and enthusiasts in a safe and engaging environment.
