Problem the startup solves:
Remote work is here to stay. Gauging the happiness and health of a remote team is difficult and HR surveys are tedious most employees see no value in them and never answer truthfully. Use your slack data to across your business to see the sentiment and emotion in exchanges with your teams and your customers.
Progress and Current Status:
The slack app is built and is going through Slack marketplace approval. We need help promoting the app now and getting angel funding.
What is a Crazy Story about the Startup?:
The idea actually came from the two founders working remotely for the same company and never being able to tell if the other is being sarcastic, snippy or actually in a good mood during the slack exchanges.
We said slack should have sentiment and emotion analysis built into it so you can tell when someone is joking or unhappy and that’s what we did!
What is a Company the Startup Looks Up to, and Why?:
We are looking up to companies like ChatAcuity as it’s a space we see us moving into but building more on customer engagement and adding the solution to tools like intercom, zenchat etc so we can build on the product and move from internally facing for B2B to externally facing.
The Company in Four Years Will Be…
A massive player in the customer engagement sector leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML and GPT3 technology helping businesses to monitor and optimise their client engagement across multiple integrations with other service providers in the CX and CS domain. In addition to this, moving into the human resources business to help businesses prevent quiet quitting due to remote teams’ friction.
