Bridg.me – Simple Conference Calling

Bridg.meThe ones who created Bridg.me did it because they found conference calling far too complicated to actually be as productive as it should be. They devised this application as a way to connect the different people that are to be involved in any conference, with a minimum of hassle and inconvenience for everybody.

Bridg.me works by eliminating dial-in systems and these PIN access codes that give people nothing but one procedural headache after the other, and having them replaced by a system whereby events are added to a schedule, and participants are called up one by one by the application itself when the time comes.

Bridg.me actually works in tandem with Google Calendar. By merely setting down the time and the phone numbers of the people to be contacted, Bridg.me will take care of making all the relevant calls, and getting everybody in the same virtual room.

As far as billing is concerned, both free and premium subscription plans are meant to be offered soon. In the meantime, know that if you use Bridg.me right now you will be charged 5 cents/minute for using the service.
