Workflowy.com – Becoming More Organized

Workflowy.comAre you one for applications like Evernote? Because if you are, this is a site that you would like to take a closer look at. Just like Evernote, Workflowy lets you become self-organized by creating a series of lists in which you set down your every task. And each one of these tasks receives its own level of priority.

Note that you can have as many lists as you wish. When you first launch Workflowy you will actually be greeted with a blank screen. You will be able to add as many lists as you need – one for your professional life, another for your personal activities… you will also be allowed to come up with a list detailing all your chores if that is what you want to do. And each list can be split into several smaller sublists.

The programmers of Workflowy describe the whole application as something akin to an external brain. An analogy can certainly be made when one thinks about how quickly Workflowy can be used – almost at the speed of thought. Tasks are added, updated and deleted in the blink of an eye. The interface is really slick, and the focus never strays from the making of lists. And Workflowy can be tried for free while the site is in beta, too. Paid features are going to be rolled in later on, but the site will basically remain free to use.
