Using this application is as simple as inputting the URL where the image to be processed is found, or uploading it manually. The application will take of everything from that point onwards. There are no fees to be paid, and you are required to submit no personally identifiable information.

You see, a search tool is provided for looking up images that are potentially usable on Flickr.
