MealMeIn.com – Create Meal Plans

MealMeIn.comMeal Me In is a service that lets people who organize community events plan exactly what will be served, at the same time that it lets volunteers find and reserve open meal spots. It’s all done online, and using a really simple interface. This lets you create the event in just a couple of click (if you’re the one in charge), and browse through all the available spots and reserve the ones you could fill in (if you’re a volunteer).

Event organizers can create their plans right on their browsers, using a meal plan wizard that lets them add information like the number of adults and kids they’ll be serving, their ages, and so on. And information that is as important as allergies can thankfully be included, too.

And if you’re a volunteer and you reserve a slot, then you’ll receive an email reminder a few days before your scheduled day. By default, you’ll get that three days before the day comes. But you can change that, and have reminders delivered a full week ahead, or when there are just 24 hours to go. And meal recipients will be contacted via email the day before, with a detailed list of all the meals that they’re scheduled to receive.
