Base 64, Hexadecimal, Octal, Binary… this application can handle it all. And it can also decode anything that you have around, too. That was only obvious, but it is only best to mention it.
As far as design and structure go, this is not really the kind of site that catches your eye. If anything, it is a functional site. The people who will use it know what they want. They would never visit the site looking for some behemoth of a Flash presentation. That is not offered here.
