ShowYou.com – Like Flipboard For Video Content

ShowYou.comShow You is a new iPad application for the sharing of videos. It does something comparable to what Flipboard does for feeds and tweets, as Show You gives the sharing of video content a true social twist. The application can retrieve what your friends have been sharing all over the Social Web, and also from sites such as YouTube and Vimeo. It is all tied together using a very neat interface that lets you browse all the latest clips at once.

And the browsing is non-lineal. You are not seeing a chronological list of videos when using Show You. Rather, what you are presented with is a logical concatenation of videos as shared by your friends, and the way the data is displayed makes is very easy to comment, discuss and reshare anything that you find worthwhile.

And the app has two really distinctive features. The first is that integration with Apple Airplay is provided, meaning you can play your videos on your Apple TV. The second is that the application costs nothing. You can get it for free at the App Store, and start sharing videos within minutes.
